Modify the Results Query

Listify automatically registers a FacetWP template with the correct configuration to match the default filter system. However, FacetWP offers an advanced way to modify the results that are returned even further.

By visiting Settings FacetWP then clicking the Templates tab at the top of the page, you can modify your templates. Listify registers its own Listing template that we want to modify, so select that.

1
Unlock the template so changes can be made.

2
Open the Query Builder to change the arguments used to query your listings.

This is very useful when you want to change the default order listings are returned, the number of listings per page, etc. For more information using the Query Builder, see  this screencast.

Note: Display Code

Do not alter the “Display Code” section! This is handled by Listify automatically and any changes made here will not apply.
